The World Youth Orchestra will work through a new method of performing arts:
Participatory method of musical execution
Today, as the signs of peace-building in the world continue to be lacking, the World Youth Orchestra wants to bring a strong testimony of peace and brotherhood through competence, enthusiasm, joy, and the will to meet and work together with the universal sounds of music of its young musicians.
The Orchestra will feature the presence of young musicians from the five continents with a special representation from Morocco, Lebanon, and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Through the artistic musical and social work of the young musicians coming from different cultures, the seeds of a new understanding can be sown, and a deeper knowledge of the different cultures will succeed in discovering in the human encounter a new fraternal relationship thanks to the spiritual art of the sound of music.
